Novartis and Par Pharmaceutical were hit with a pay-for-delay lawsuit filed by Puerto Rican drug manufacturer Drogueria Betances alleging the two companies engaged in years of anticompetitive conduct that delayed generic competition for the hypertension drug, Exforge.
