The Department of Justice has made another move against a drugmaker in its investigation of an alleged industry-wide kickback scheme, accusing Teva Pharmaceuticals of funneling kickbacks for its multiple sclerosis drug Copaxone (glatiramer acetate) through charitable foundations.
