Teva Pharmaceuticals has petitioned the U.S. Supreme Court to review federal appeals court rulings ordering that the drugmaker pay $235.5 million in damages to GlaxoSmithKline (GSK) for patent infringement of GSK’s congestive heart failure drug Coreg (carvedilol).
